1. The Service

SureArb provides daily sports betting data reports delivered by email and available for download. Our reports include odds comparisons ("Best Odds") and arbitrage opportunity data ("Arbitrage"). We are a data service, not a bookmaker, gambling operator, or financial advisor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that online sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account or redistribute the reports to others.
• You must provide a valid email address. We use it to deliver reports and service communications.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. No Guaranteed Profits

While arbitrage betting is mathematically designed to produce a profit when all bets are placed successfully, we do not guarantee any financial outcome. Risks include but are not limited to:

• Odds may change between the time a report is generated and when you place your bets.
• Bookmakers may limit or close your account.
• Bookmakers may void bets or impose maximum stake limits.
• Human error when placing bets.

You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any money you stake. SureArb is not liable for any financial losses.

6. Data Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely data. However, odds data is sourced from third-party bookmaker APIs and may contain errors or delays. Reports are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share the reports or their contents.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the website.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. This will cancel any active subscription and remove your personal data from our systems, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SureArb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email.
